Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for a cancellation.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A last minute cancellation or a no-show does not give me enough time to fill the slot causing a loss of revenue. That same slot could have been booked by another patient. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. I understand that unforeseen events may arise, so please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. In return, I commit to informing you as soon as possible to the best of my ability should I need to cancel your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or who miss their appointment, will be subject to the full appointment fee.
Late Arrival
In the event of a late arrival, this time will be subtracted from your treatment. Your appointment will still finish at the booked time and you will be charged for the full length of the scheduled treatment.
Scent-Free Home
This is a scent-free home.
Due to allergies causing respiratory distress and severe migraines, I ask that you not use, before your appointment, any scented products, such as perfumes, colognes, scented lotions, body sprays. Please also refrain from smoking (of any kind) for a minimum of 1-2 hours prior to your appointment.
If these instructions are not followed and an allergic reaction occurs, your appointment may be cancelled upon arrival.
COVID-19
A health questionnaire 48 hours prior to treatment is still in effect. However, masks are recommended, but not required. If you screen positive on the health check or in-person, your appointment will be rescheduled.
